butter London: Spicy Chevron Nail Tutorial

We love nail art as a way of adding a pop of colour to our look. Simple, easy and effective - nail art doesn't have to be a daunting process, and if you equip yourself with the right products and tools, you can create designs that look great and last all week.

Seeing as the gorgeous butter LONDON range is currently on 3 for 2 for a limited time only on Beauty Expert, we thought we'd post their latest nail art tutorial - the Spicy Chevron!

Step 1. Add a base coat and leave to dry thoroughly.

Step 2. Get a bright orange shade (we love

butter LONDON's Jaffa

!) and apply two coats. Leave to dry thoroughly.

Step 3. Using a striping tool or detailer brush (like

!) and a darker shade with a hint of glitter (we'd go for

butter LONDON's Branwen's Feather

), make thin, chevron-style lines diagonally on each nail starting from the centre.

Step 4. Leave to dry completely and finish with a hard-wearing top coat - we really like the

butter LONDON matte finish one
