Omega
Omegas, or essential fatty acids, are key in achieving and maintaining youthful skin. As the body can’t produce Omegas biologically, intake comes through diet and skincare.
In technical terms, Omegas are a long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids. There are several types of Omegas, all are nourishing, but can differ in added benefits. Omega 7 helps to renew and restore suppleness to the skin, Omega 6 provides moisture, Omega 3 reduces redness and Omega 9 works to repair. Long term use of omegas can improve the absorption of other skincare ingredients and play a key part in replenishing lost moisture to the skin.
