Insomnia

I have the worst insomnia, I’ve even gotten addicted to sleeping pills. Luckily whilst getting off them, I stayed at a hotel once where they had this product in miniature versions laying on the pillows. I tried it and it really helps me relax. I tried other lavender pillowsprays but it’s not quite the same as this one. So I’ve decided to order it again. It’s best if you spray it right before you go to sleep and not when you’re still going to read a book or read emails... That way after a while, when smelling this your mind will get triggered and know by the smell that it is time to sleep. (Little bit like Pavlov’s experiment with his dogs). Definitely would recommend this. It’s pricy compared to other pillowsprays but the others just weren’t as effective as this one.

Perfect cure for a husband who farts

So happy I saw this product on your website. It is a godsend. Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep at night, specially if we had a spicy dinner which sets off my husband. I just press my face into my pullow and forget my worries.

I tried this as soon as it arrived in the post, it worked as a gem the first 2 nights, then I stopped noticing the differences. I think it could be me getting better sleep in general...rather than the product stopped working. It smells wonderful and I will keep using it. Think I might even get the smaller bottle for when I go on business trips!

I bought this in conjunction with the sleep balm. I found that this really does help calm my mind and I seem to be sleeping better and deeper. The smell is lovely and not at all overpowering as I first expected. This is one product that will be a repeat item.
