BEAUTIFUL SLEEP: With a generous helping of French Lavender oil – known as nature’s sedative. We’ve freshened things with the apple scented Roman Chamomile good for easing away aches and pains; soft, citrussy Bergamot to brighten the spirit and balanced the set with the sweet balsamic notes of Cedarwood, loved for it’s calming.
BEAUTIFUL SKIN: Notoriously gentle – lavender is a perfect night time beauty oil, able to balance skin’s own oil production and encourage healthy new cells to form. With Roman Chamomile – a godsend for very sensitive or dry skin as it can calm and soothe.
DIRECTIONS:
Squeeze two full pipettes into a still, deep, warm bath. For a more intense experience, massage lightly into skin before stepping in to the bath. Take three slow breaths and relax. Step out lightly moisturised from top to toe and ready for a perfect night’s sleep.
Avoid contact with eyes. As with all aromatherapy products, best to check with your midwife before using during pregnancy.

A sensual sedative
I got this bath oil as a gift from a friend after having my third baby. It is beautifully packaged--like an indulgent box of chocolates without the calories! I find that despite the sleep deprivation, it can be hard to unwind at bedtime. A bath in this lovely smelling oil is totally relaxing and seems to melt the worries away. 5 stars from me. It literally knocks me out!
