Excellent
I have been buying the This Works Perfect Cleavage Firming Lotion for many years. It firms and plumps your decolletage and leaves your skin soft and looking dewy. It isn't cheap but you only need to use a small amount. I have no idea how or why it works but I use it every day and it gives 100% perfect cleavage!
