Not so sure about texture

Decided to give this cleanser a try after discovering that my skin loves cleansing oils. The texture of this oil is much closer to that of a gel, which makes for easy, spill-free dispensing. I've noticed that once it is massaged well into the face, the texture changes to that of an oil with good slip, so this is quite a good indicator for figuring out if you've worked in the cleanser for long enough (hello, 60 second rule!) However, when it comes to emulsifying the oil in preparation for rinsing off, this becomes a slightly inconvenient step. The cleanser becomes a watery milk that gets everywhere but it doesn't really feel it's being rinsed off properly. I have combination skin that needs a deep clean whilst being balanced. I've simply concluded that the cleanser is so moisturising and nourishing, that you are left with supple skin and not that deep clean feeling, but my skin does feel balanced. Unfortunately, I don't trust it to remove make up properly therefore, I only use this in the mornings, skip serum and follow with an SPF moisturiser. I think my skin has brightened overall.
