Hydrating
I use this toner after cleansing or as an essence to boost hydration through the day it's so cooling in summer if you keep in fridge it's smells like heaven and it's economical because you don't use a lot it doesn't strip your skin and as a hydrating step in itself it also increases the skins ability to absorb moisture after use I swear by this toner to keep my dilated pores looking smaller ....the perfect toner !!!
