- Shine, seal, and protect with one coat of OPI Top Coat, pulling it over the tips of the nails.

OPI Bubble Bath
Absolutely Rubbish! Terrible finish when applied, way too sticky and doent apply evenly. The smell is also horrendous. Not worth the money at all.
